Wilton Joubert Consulting Engineers was founded by Andrew Wilton and Kobus Joubert, two engineers with a shared passion for practical, down-to-earth solutions and a commitment to doing things right. With decades of combined experience, we’ve built a firm that focuses on what we know best: residential engineering.
We work alongside homeowners, architects, builders, and developers to help turn great ideas into well-built homes.
Whether it’s a custom new build, a tricky renovation, or a multi-unit development, we make sure your project is structurally sound, compliant, and built to last.

A work-life balance is promoted within the company which includes watching the All Blacks at Eden Park or a Friday morning ski at Treble Cone.
Members of staff have skills sets which range from tradesmen to undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD with plenty of exposure to new skill sets. A learning environment has been fostered and upskilling through postgraduate study is often pursued among staff members.
